Key Responsibilities
- Job Description Key Responsibility: Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on automated systems including conveyors, sorters, pick/pack stations, ASRS, and PLC-based systems.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize downtime.Calibrate sensors, actuators, and electrical components as per operational standards.
- Operational Support Collaborate with warehouse operations to resolve automation-related interruptions in workflow.Maintain logs of maintenance tasks and interventions in compliance with SOPs.
- Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, parts used, and system modifications.Generate technical reports and provide feedback on recurrent issues for process improvements.Support root cause analysis and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Desired Experience: 3–5 years of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of warehouse automation systems or industrial equipment.Working knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, PLC diagnostics, and mechanical drive systems.Experience with WMS-integrated automation equipment and HMI interfaces is preferred.IT literacy for basic diagnostics, system updates, and maintenance tracking.
