Key Responsibilities

• About The Role We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Automation with a minimum of 10–12 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, control systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
• The role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, improving, and supporting automation systems related to water rides, attractions, Animal Life Support Systems (ALSS), and associated facility infrastructure.
• The successful candidate should have strong practical experience in PLC systems, industrial communication networks, VFDs, electrical control systems, commissioning support, preventive maintenance, and reliability improvement.
• The role also requires ownership of technical documentation, control system integrity, OEM coordination, critical spares, compliance support, and team competency development.
• Key Duties and Responsibilities Maintain the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of automation and control systems supporting water rides, attractions, ALSS, and associated facility systems.
• Develop, modify, test, and maintain PLC/HMI software.
• Perform commissioning, SAT support, functional testing, software validation, and post-commissioning troubleshooting.
