• Prepare and negotiate rates for transient, group, and wholesale business in line with approved rate strategy and yielding guidelines.
• Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and direct mail in its market areas • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements within the Ras Al Khaimah and UAE resort comp-set.
• Provide timely feedback on changing market conditions, including demand patterns, distribution shifts, and client feedback • Coordinate closely with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of confirmed business.
• Establish and maintain files of major accounts and assist Superiors in maintaining the accounts management system.

Qualifications and Skills
