• Maintain boutique maintenance logs and track resolution timelines.
• Update and maintain internal project tracker with all boutique project milestones, status, and design updates; ensure accuracy and timeliness of records .
• Organize project files, specifications, and compliance documentation across the market network; maintain version control and stakeholder records Procurement & Supplier Management .
• Support PO requests and tender processes; compile contractor quotations and maintain vendor databases .
• Follow up on supplier invoices and payments; track payment status and resolve discrepancies; ensure timely payment to maintain vendor relationships Required Qualifications .
• Degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field .
