• About You Essential Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in facilities management within retail or office property environments.Strong facilities management, contract management and project management capabilities.Financial aptitude with experience in budgeting, cost control and resource management.Knowledge of HV/LV systems, HVAC systems, plumbing, security systems and safety codes and practices.Strong communication, team building, strategic planning and execution skills.
• Desired Facilities Management, Project Management or QHSE certification.Experience within a theme park environment.Experience leading sustainability, energy saving or digital transformation initiatives.Experience managing large-scale outsourced facilities and cleaning service contracts.
