• REQUIREMENTS Experience: 2–3 years of Operations Management experience.Strong leadership and self-motivation, with the ability to lead and inspire multicultural teams.Commercially minded with strong business awareness and revenue focus.Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, people-focused approach.High energy and professionalism, with passion, integrity, process orientation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
