• About You The ideal candidate will be a confident retail professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• The successful applicant will bring: A high school qualification or equivalent; a diploma in Retail, Business, Hospitality or a related field would be advantageous.At least 2-3 years of experience in retail, sales or guest service operations, including experience supervising or coordinating frontline teams.Experience within hospitality, tourism, leisure, attractions or other high-volume customer-facing environments.Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and support team members.A customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving and complaint-handling abilities.Experience using POS systems, processing payments and supporting cash control and reconciliation activities.Practical knowledge of stock management, replenishment and inventory control processes.Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy operational setting.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages, including Arabic, would be advantageous.Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays as required by the operation.
